How much does treatment cost?
650 000 ₸ for both arches and 500 000 ₸ for one. The number of steps is unlimited; two refinements within 24 months are included.
Can I start with a setup only?
Yes. A 3D plan costs 150 000 ₸. If you start treatment within 12 months, this amount is credited towards it.
How long do aligners take?
Setup takes 3–4 working days, production after approval up to 5 working days, then delivery to the clinic.
Do you work with the regions?
Yes, we deliver to 20+ cities in Kazakhstan.
Can complex cases be treated?
Yes. Steps are unlimited, so the plan follows the clinical goal, not the price list.
Is a CBCT needed?
CBCT integration into the setup is included in the price.
Are aligners less effective than braces?
With proper digital planning the result is predictable: you see it in the setup before treatment starts.
Which files do I need to send?
Intraoral scans in STL, patient photos (JPEG, PNG or HEIC) and, if available, a CBCT in DICOM — a ZIP or RAR archive up to 1 GB.
Is a CBCT required?
No. If you have one, its integration into the setup is included in the price.
How do I start?
Leave a request on the site. A manager will contact you, open your doctor's account and help you send your first case.
Do you work with patients directly?
No, Tengri Align works with doctors and clinics. The patient is treated by their own doctor.
