How to send your first case
Working with Tengri Align starts with a request on the site. A manager contacts you, opens your doctor's account and helps you upload your first clinical case.
How it works

Leave a request
Fill in the form on the site or call +7 775 643 77 85.
- 02
Get access to your account
The manager explains the terms and opens the doctor's account where all cases are handled.
- 03
Upload the patient's records
Scans or impressions, photos and a CBCT if you have one. Fill in the questionnaire — the treatment brief for the lab.
- 04
Approve the setup
In 3–4 working days you receive the virtual setup, request changes and approve the plan.
- 05
Receive the aligners
Production takes up to 5 working days, then the set is delivered to your clinic.
