Privacy policy

1. General

This policy describes how ТОО «TENGRIALIGN» (BIN 240840029481, address: г. Астана, район Нұра, ул. Кайым Мухамедханов, д. 15, офис 1) — “we”, “Tengri Align” — collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of visitors to tengrialign.kz.

We process personal data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. By submitting a request you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your data on its terms.

2. What data we collect

Through the request form we receive only what you enter yourself:

  • your full name;
  • clinic name and city;
  • phone number and email address;
  • specialty and whether you have worked with aligners;
  • a comment to the request;
  • the consent mark, the time it was given and the page language.

Please do not include any patient information in the comment. The site does not ask for or store medical data.

Like any web server, the site's server records the IP address, time and address of each request in a technical log to protect against attacks and to troubleshoot. The content of requests does not go into the log.

3. Why we process the data

  • to contact you about your request and explain the terms of cooperation;
  • to help you send your first clinical case;
  • to keep a record of requests;
  • to collect anonymous visit statistics — only if you allow analytics cookies (section 7).

We do not use request data for mailings and we do not sell it.

4. Where and how long the data is kept

Requests are stored in a database on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. A backup of the database is made daily on the same server; backups are kept for no longer than 30 days.

We keep request data until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent. The data is then deleted from the database at once and from backups within 30 days.

5. Who receives the data

Only the Tengri Align staff who handle requests have access to them.

So that a request reaches the responsible person at once, its fields are emailed through the Brevo service (Sendinblue SAS, France) to the mailbox of Tengri Align's head at Gmail (Google). This is a cross-border transfer of data: it is based on your consent, limited to the form fields and used only to contact you.

We pass data to other third parties only where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressly requires it.

6. How we protect the data

  • requests are accepted only over secure HTTPS;
  • the request database cannot be reached from the internet; server access is key-based and limited to a few people;
  • the form is protected against automated and mass submissions;
  • personal data is not written to application logs.

7. Cookies and visit statistics

The site remembers your choice in the cookie notice in your browser's storage. This is needed for the site to work and requires no consent.

If you click “Allow”, the site turns on the Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) statistics services. They set their own cookies (for example _ga, _ym_uid, _ym_d) and collect anonymous information: which pages were viewed and which links were followed, from which device and where the visitor came from. This information is processed on those companies' servers, including outside Kazakhstan.

If you click “Essential only”, the counters are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, the site deletes the statistics cookies it can delete itself and reloads the page; the rest can be deleted in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

At any time you may:

  • find out what data of yours we hold;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • withdraw your consent to processing.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page; its date is shown at the top.
